Sooo. Christmas Eve...
I am making this for the family.
I have never made a trifle before. Anybody have any hints for me?
Recipe is here: Cranberry Coconut Trifle. I am wondering if I should have stuck with Jello and fruit? ETA: There is also a gluten-free version!

We made traditional cranberry pudding with butter sauce. It's ugly, but damn, it's good!
