Happy Holidays Everyone!

This is the image that evokes my childhood Christmas Seasons (and I know it is not the reason for the season, but I am a product of the Age of Advertising!)

 Hermie and Rudolph, I loved that little elf.
And while I am at it, the image of this commercial has stuck in my brain for 45 years now.  I cannot say why, but it is linked forever in my mind with the Rudolph Christmas special and the Original Grinch!

Ah, I remember that version of Rudolph. :) Fortunately, I don't think I ever saw that commercial, though!

Me too, me too. The Grinch's dog Max is what I always picture. When he is sitting in the back of the sled waving his little paw.
