Does Anyone Visit Me Any More?
I'm still here, just incredibly distracted. Broken computer, broken car, March Madness, board meetings, kids needing STUFF - lots of stuff.
I finished some more socks 'though!

Kalojoki
http://yliveto.blogspot.com/2009/11/neuleohje-kalajoki-sukat.html
Pattern: Kalajoki by Tiina Seppälä Yarn: Dream in Color Smooshy Color: Happy Forest Needles: US 2.5 Started: March 3, 2010 Completed: March 18, 2010
Note: Smooshy makes for such a nice sock. The pattern was well written (especially considering it was a translation!) I'm going to give this pair to my friend Sue for her next box for Afghans for Afghans. They need kids socks, so I deliberately made this pair a little smaller than my normal sock.
I am living the sports world this weekend. My alma mater, SCSU, is on the way to the Frozen Sixteen this weekend, so I am looking for some college hockey to watch. Puck is playing box Lacrosse, so we have a game on Sunday afternoon. The Wild beat Philly tonight. I may have sports ADD this month. It's exhausting.
Teen got his acceptance letter from Puget Sound today. Now, if he would just get that big envelope from his #1, we could breath a sigh of relief.

At least you have gorgeous new socks while your life is insane!! Hopefully the computer and the car are easily fixed?! Congrats to the Teen - I'll keep thinking lucky thoughts about the #1 choice...
Nice socks!
Did you ever, in your wildest dreams, imagine all the extra stuff that goes with having a senior in your midst? Gameboy is staying local, living at HOME for cripes sake and I'm overwhelmed with the extra.

OH! Puget Sound has a great cafeteria. Ha ha. My sister went there for a year.
YES! We're still here, stalking your blog!! Always will be. Who else can give us such juicy sock and sweater candy.
I LOVE that Happy Forest. I think I have a skein in every weight and just can't knit it up because then I might have picked the wrong pattern and all that luscious green will be wasted. Love your choice!!

Sounds like things have been super busy. I think people are still around. The blog-o-sphere is just relatively quiet.
