It's going to be WIP Week here at Halfway...

I've had "Sock Innovation" by Cookie A. for a couple weeks now, but I was cleaning up the queue before I cast on anything new. I almost want to start at the beginning of the book and work my way to the end. Almost!

I started with eunice (that's a rav link), here's the Interweave page for the book. I'm using a skein of Emily Parson's Sophie's Toes. She's done a post on using her variegated colors today. I think my way is just fine. She's updating her Etsy shop tomorrow night. This is Rustic Cabin. Yum.

Hope everybody had a Happy Mom's Day yesterday- mine was lovely. Seventeen years ago on Mother's Day I celebrated by going into labor; then on May 11, 1992 my lovely Teen was born. What a gift he has been.

I sure hope they gifted you of yarn!

Word verification - Mating.
Whats up with that?!?

Hmm, you really wanted to be a mother 17 years ago, eh?! :) Happy birthday to the Teen!

I like the color, too.

Nice colour... and nice remembrances.

This is one of my absolute favorite colorways of Emily's. So pretty! :)
