Sweatah Stash!

Berroco Peruvia and Cascade 109 Tweed LE

Taxes are paid for another year, the buttons for Duotone Cardi are here and Liesl is just flying off the needles. When the WEBS Sale flyer came, I was ready to add some new stuff to the stash. I'm still getting ready to cast on Copine, but I pre-ordered the pattern for Maize and can hardly wait!

In the meantime, our Lacrosse season started last night and Teen's JV team beat Bloomington Kennedy 8-2. Afterwards, we watched the Varsity LAX team face Kennedy's Varsity and that victory was 19-1. There are tougher roads ahead, the boys face Chaska on the road on Friday and Saturday afternoon there is a re-match of last year's State Tournament 1st and 2nd place teams (EP and Blake). We hope to have a different outcome this game!

Go, Lacrosse players, go!!

GAH! I am just trying to finish all the ufo (socks) in my pile. But OH how I want to start a sweater . . . for myself! Maybe a tank for summer? ANy good suggestions, oh mighty Sweater Queen?

Yarn is a good reward after taxes. :o)

I am just realizing that Lacrosse is one sport I know little to nothing about. I will have to fix that lapse in my education - after Lacrosse I think I will learn about Cricket.

Oooh, that sweater is beautiful! Can't wait to see it finished.
