The Northeastern/Southwestern Socks
So, I actually finished these on Monday, but I haven't gotten around to posting about them 'til now. Pattern: Southwestern Socks by Wendy Johnson Yarn: Dream in Color Smooshy Sock Yarn in Good Luck Jade from The Loopy Ewe. Needles: US 2's dpns. Started: October 28, 2007 Completed: November 5, 2007.
These are the perfect socks for me - perfect pattern (easy to keep track of pattern), easy yarn & fast to work with!
Today, I get to go have lunch with some bloggy friends, Chris and Deb and I get to meet a new friend Val. Yes, I will bring the camera.

ooooooh. The socks are lovely! And patterns like that are definitely keepers - the color is perfect for this season.
ps. The Christmas Kit Woolgirl was NOT the sock club thingy. I haven't gotten mine yet either.
